This is the message that has been communicated by Cascade Consultants to stakeholders when developing the HR Association of Armenia.
The idea of establishment of the HR community dates back to 2008, when the HR Club meetings were initiated to enable the HR specialists to come together and discuss essential issues relating to HR. A series of discussions brought forth the necessity of establishment of an integral structure that would commit to the development, regulation and standardization of the HR industry in Armenia.
On May 19th of 2010 the Association acquired a status of a legal entity and currently includes over 20 members; the HR managers of Armenia based dynamic companies, who are engrossed in the realization of common objectives.
