HRM Training Course with Cascade Consultants

Cascade Consultants invites


to take part in upcoming Training Course
and obtain basic and practical knowledge in

Human Resources Management

To organize your work in any industry with better efficiency and proficiency, you need to know and apply the fundamentals of the Human Resources (HR) Management.  
This course intends to transfer the HR basic knowledge and to introduce the participants to the best applicable and proven HR methods and tools.

The team of trainers includes the HR managers of Armenia based dynamic companies, who possess both practical and trainer experience in the HR management.  Being devoted members to the Armenian HR Association, our trainers have teamed up around the concept of promoting the development of the HR industry in Armenia and each of them is willing to share the knowledge with you.

The course will cover the following topics:

2.    Organizational Structure
3.    Grading and salary scales
4.    Organizational Behavior
5.    Recruitment
6.    Employee Motivation
7.    Performance Management
8.    Personnel Training and Development
9.    Conflict Management
10.    Dismissals
11.    RA Labor Code and HR Administration


The training will be conducted in an interactive manner where the number of exercises and case studies will be provided for best understanding of theoretical material.

The duration of the training course is 2 months, Fridays and Saturdays, 15:00-18:00, starting March 16th.

The number of participants in a group is 10-12.
Registration deadline is March 12.
Participation fee is AMD 75.000 per course.

HR Club at Geological museum

On October 28, the monthly HR Club meeting took place at Geological museum and referred to the HR specialist “psychogram”- psychological profile required for a given specialization.
During the first part of the meeting the club members were introduced to the essence and the structure of the “psychogram” and discussed the possible areas of its application. The participants developed the psychological description of recruitment specialist in groups. Based on the results observed in each work group, the final psychological profile of the particular specialization was driven out.  
The results met the expectations of the participants, and a traditional guided tour concluded the working day.

HR Club at Arvestanots art cafe

On September 22, the regular meeting of the HR Club community took place at Cascade, Arvestanots art cafe. The subject of the reunion was  "Goals of Employee satisfaction survey."
The first half of the meeting was full of practical up to date information presented in the “experience sharing” manner.
During the second part of the evening participants in four groups drew out the map for priority working needs of employees.
At the end of the meeting, the club members had a chance to admire some art pieces exhibited in Arvestanots cafe.

Teambuilding with SEF International: Living one day of the pirates’ life

It is the third team integration program Cascade Consultants facilitated for the microfinance institution SEF International. The event took place on July 8-9, 2011 at Arthurs Aghveran Resort, this time for 120 team members from all branches throughout the country.
After a dynamic greeting and warm up session, the moderators divided the team into 6 groups and introduced everyone to the overall program.  The program was built around a legend about pirates, who had to negotiate numerous difficulties on an inhabited island to find the hidden treasure and exchange it with the rescue ship to go back to civilization.
Attracted by the challenge to unveil intricacy, the team demonstrated exceptional cohesion, problem-solving skills and responsibility for the end result.
A colorful humoristic reportage of their adventures was presented by each team the next day.

HR Club at Tumanyan Museum

On June 21, the regular meeting of the HR Club community took place at Tumanyan Museum. The subject of the reunion was "Grading System: Hay vs. Mercer."
The meeting started with a concise presentation of a grading system in general, afterwards a question-answer session was offered to participants.
The next part of the meeting included a presentation of grading system methodologies of two major players of the field: Hay and Mercer. The participants analyzed advantages & disadvantages provided by both methods.
At the end of the meeting, the participants made a guided tour of the Museum.
