Another one day teambuilding program was facilitated by Cascade Consultants this time for the staff of around 100 members of Cascade Insurance. The event took place on January 8, 2011 at Arthur’s Resort, Aghveran.
The dancing art was chosen as an instrument for enhancing teamwork and cooperation.
The dynamic warm up session moderated by Cascade Consultants brought everyone together to have a remarkable and challenging day.
Five professional dancers from "Karin" dance studio carried on the next stage of the program. They coached five groups of participants in performing Armenian ethnic dances and developing consolidation and synchrony in their actions for the best result.
Finally, all the groups gathered around the last general dance and performed a fascinating Armenian "Gyovnd Ver-veri."
