Cascade Consultants was selected to perform Training Needs Assessment of the Executive bodies and Taskforces of Employment forums as well as Employment Centers formed with technical assistance of GTZ “Municipal and Economic Development Program in Armenia” in Tavush, Vayots Dzor and Gegharkunik regions of RA.
In the result of the detailed analysis of the survey findings, a range of recommendations were offered addressing job standards, key competencies and work flow.
