On April 28, 2010, the regular meeting of HR Club was held at Khachaturyan Museum. The HR Club Forum had revealed earlier the persistent interest in “Culture of Dismissals” – the subject of the previous HR Club meeting. Consequently, the same subject was chosen for the meeting. During the meeting the participants were offered case studies as a valuable way to share the experiences and review the methods applied at their companies. The group watched comical episodes form a film covering the subject matter. Thereafter, the participants had a role-playing session in five work groups with a follow-up analysis of results and Q&A.
The traditional guided tour of Khachaturyan Museum was an excellent opportunity for the participants to change the environment and turn up in the world of art.
