On June 24, 2009, the third meeting of the HR community was held in the form of a workshop. The subject of the workshop was "Grading System: Sharing Know-how." The session started with a brief presentation of a grading system fully tested and currently applied at a number of Armenian companies; afterwards a case study was offered, discussed and solutions identified. HR officers from various Armenian companies took active part in the workshop.
